6 meals a day, equalling around 1,500-2,500 calories, each meal containing 50g carbs 50g protein and around 8-10 fiber, and the food has to be within budget.

I found special K plus protein, it has an almost equal amount of carbs and protein, so I would get 45 carbs, 15 fiber, 30 protein, 303 calories a meal, if I uped the serving size 3 times, but that would mean I’d have to eat a whole box a day, granted it’s only $4 a day, but I can’t handle “special K plus protein” it has that same texture and cinnamony taste grain healthy food has, it makes me sick.

So I basically need a single food item that’s cheap, healthy, and has an almost equal amount of carbs and protein, with some fiber. Any ideas?
