With the high amount of fat containted in muscle milk, should you take a dietary supplement too?

My friend takes hydroxcut with muscle milk and the guy looks like bruce lee. I workout with him and do the same excercises and take muscle milk too. However, I have more body fat than him (specifically the small amount of excess fat covering lower abs). Should I go with the dietary supplement or up my cardio? I eat 6 times a day, very healthy foods.

Dude, no one that is trying to lose weight should take muscle milk, not even muscle milk light. Both have too many calories. And not even that so much, they arent Whey Protein shakes, yes theres a little whey, but very very little, so its not a post workout shake. Get a low calorie whey protein shake, designer whey has low calories.

About the healthy foods thing. It doesnt matter if its healthy or not so much, what it comes down to is calories. Reduce your calories, do more cardio (45 minutes 6x a week, or try to do it at least 3-4x minimum). Dietary supplements wont do much if anything at all.
