Buffered Creatine
Are there any negative side effects to one’s health from taking Kre-Alkalyn?

I have done some research on the use of creatine, and have found that Kre-Alkalyn is a pH buffered creatine which, unlike other forms of creatine such as creatine monohydrate and creatine ethyl ester, does not break down into creatinine, which can potentially harm your liver. If anyone at all knows anything that could educate me further on the subject I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

sounds like you did most of the research. On the plus side your liver regenerates. Nope it isn’t in my health book. I take creatine monohydrate so maybe switch to that. But over short term you will be fine ..long term is different. Besides creative is just a filler for muscle soreness anyways.
