Does the 10 Minute Trainer with Tony Horton really work?
I weigh 180 pounds right now and I want to be down to at least 120 by the end of summer so I look good for the new school year. I’ve heard how good the 10 Minute Trainer with Tony Horton from Beachbody was really good. I want to know that I will get results in about 4 months by using this. Will I be able to lose 60 pounds using this? Also, how is the Slim in 6 by Beachbody? Thanks!
Dear Jamie: I do not know your height, but going down to 120 pounds does not seem too healthy to me. Why don’t you try and eat healthy and lose one or two pounds a week. Losing weight the healthy way, will be good for your health and well-being. Any exercise that trains the body and gives you muscle will help with weight loss. It will only help with about 10 % of your weight loss though, the rest must be done with diet. Try drinking water. Drink 8 cups a day and also try drinking green tea. Do not eat, sugar, candy, cakes, pastries, fried or fatty foods. Do not eat processed or fast foods. Try eating soup more often. Try getting 7 or more hours of sleep at night.
Eat 5-10 servings of whole grains
5-10 servings of fresh fruit and vegetables
3 skim milk servings a day
3 meat servings a day
over all dietary calories should not exceed 1800 or go under 1200.
