I am taking Ligaplex II & Glucosamine Chondroitin & MSM, and Fish Oil. For weak ligaments & cervical strain.?

Is anyone else taking these? My Chiropractor advised me to take the Ligaplex and the Glucosamine Chondroitin & MSM. Not sure if it’s working yet. I’ve been on them for over a month. Share your experiences with me.

I want to mention that I sit at a desk in front of a computer everyday for long hours. I also study for long hours.

I personally took what you have taken and switch to OMega 3-6-9 fish oil much better . Secondly it takes more then a month to be effective perhaps at least 3 months . Fish oil will lubricate your joint and has so many contributions to your health . Read up on it on the Internet . Good luck
